As a Certified Professional Mediator and Idaho Supreme Court approved Child Custody Mediator, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to every case. My career began in real estate, residential mortgage lending, and construction project management, giving me firsthand knowledge of the financial, contractual, and property issues that often come into play during divorce. I understand the language of assets, debt, and property division—and how to guide couples toward clear, practical agreements.

Alongside my real estate background, I spent more than a decade in leadership as a Project Management Branch Chief in the Federal Government, where I honed my skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. These experiences taught me how to bring order to complex situations, keep discussions focused, and help people reach solutions that are fair and sustainable.

But what truly sets me apart is the human side of my practice. Having walked through divorce and remarriage myself, I know how overwhelming and emotional this process can be. As a parent in a blended family of four children—now young adults—I understand the challenges of co-parenting, stepfamily dynamics, and rebuilding trust. These personal experiences fuel my passion for helping others find a healthier way forward.
