As a Certified Professional Mediator and with over a decade of leadership experience as a Project Management Branch Chief in the Federal Government, I bring a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution expertise to every mediation. I’ve successfully facilitated resolution in complex, high-stakes disputes involving contracts, teams, and organizational priorities. My background includes extensive experience in real estate and leasing, as well as a prior career in construction project management—making me particularly effective in mediating business, commercial, and property-related conflicts. I understand the importance of risk management, preserving working relationships, and achieving timely, practical outcomes.

What truly sets my practice apart is the depth of personal and professional experience I bring to the table. I’ve lived through divorce and remarriage, and I understand firsthand the complexities of co-parenting, stepfamily dynamics, and rebuilding trust. With a blended family of four children—now young adults—I’ve learned what fosters healthy communication and what gets in the way. As an Idaho Supreme Court approved Child Custody Mediator, I’m passionate about helping others identify the path to healthy, sustainable co-parenting, grounded in respect and the best interests of the children.
