All mediation sessions are confidential in accordance with Idaho state law and relevant professional standards, with the exception of disclosures required by law (e.g., threats of harm or abuse).

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Fees and cancellation policies for mediation services are due as outlined in your Agreement to Mediate or invoice. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of PivotPoint Resolutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
